Staying organized and tracking your daily activities can greatly increase your fundraising success. Here is a simple template I put together to plan my activities for each work day. By having my list in front of me in "black and white" I am more likely to hold myself accountable to complete "revenue generating activities" instead of focusing on other priorities that try to creep in.
